Job Description
ACTIVITIES
Project and Department Assistance:
- Assist head of HR on a variety of administrative tasks related to personnel administration;
- Provide back-up to Sr. HRBP with training administration;
- Assist HR & Communications Advisor with payroll administration and provide back-up as needed and at least quarterly;
- Assist HR & Communications Advisor on posting and updating content on the relevant intranet (WAT, DWP); and
- Assistance on special campaigns and projects as they arise.
Compensation & Share Plans:
- Support the head of HR in benchmarking positions (matching the roles to compensation surveys, submitting data to compensation surveys, providing market data for recruitments and adhoc needs);
- Support the head of HR in conducting the yearly salary review & merit bonus campaigns, as well as issuing the letters;
- Manage and administer annual Employee Stock Purchase plan; and
- Support the head of HR in administering the Performance Share plans.
Benefits:
- Act as primary point of contact for employees for questions and issues with benefits and the self-services systems, and liaise with TAS and T&S accordingly;
- Administer employee leave programs (short term disability, parental leave);
- Administer the matching grant and education assistance programs;
- Conduct the HR portion of new hire onboarding and issue the organizational announcements for TGPNA and GLNG NA; and
- Act as primary point of contact for the employee recognition program (POWER), and service awards (service milestone emails, plan celebrations (in-office catering, retirement…).
Data management:
- Responsible for personnel record filing;
- Responsible for updating HR KPI dashboards using PowerBI and other data visualization tools;
- Conduct yearly headcount reporting; and
- Respond to various headcount reporting needs for the Finance team, Headquarters, and other Group branches.
General Administration & Facilities Management:
- Provide back up support to Office Manager to administer badge access to the floor;
- Provide back up support to General Services, which may include answering the main line, greeting guests, and other ad-hoc needs or projects as they arise.
Candidate profile
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- High school diploma or an equivalent GED with prior experience working in Human Resources administration, or Undergraduate degree with no prior HR experience;
- Proficiency in office software products, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams;
- Experience using Power BI preferred;
- Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills;
- Detail-oriented;
- Discreet and professional
