Job Description
TOTAL Refining & Chemicals is looking for a Junior Reliability Engineer Static (M/F/X) located in Antwerp platform’s Petrochemical Operations.
Your missions:
You ensure that Total HSEQ standards are followed.
You will manage the assigned mechanical projects and associated budgets and you will be a technical support for other CAPEX projects.
You will follow the performance of all static equipment and calculate the KPI’s.
You look after a good communication and a smooth cooperation between your team and other departments, contractors and suppliers.
Your activities:
You prepare and facilitate multi-disciplinary bad actor work group.
You will follow the construction works for upgrades.
You will support the local engineering and the project team. You ensure that TOTAL Group specifications are implemented.
You revise and validate preventive maintenance programs for static equipment.
You have to be a valuable resource for other with questions concerning maintenance and operation of static equipment.
You are in charge to provide support for scope exercises and repair procedures for static equipment in turn arounds.
You steer safety valve maintenance and follow the performance (works executed by external work shop) and you are responsible for necessary upgrades/projects.
Context and environment
The Maintenance organization is divided in 2 zones servicing different production units with specific priorities.
Candidate profile
- You have a Mechanical Engineering degree with a technical knowledge for static equipment and petrochemical operations.
- You got analytical skills and accuracy.
- You are a problem solver and you take initiative.
- You practice Dutch, English and French.
