About the team
What you’ll do:
Support external communications program for the Latin American and the Caribbean region in order to inform, engage and inspire journalists, analysts, bloggers, and influencers.
Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Employee Communications, SAP Latin America and the Caribbean
Location: Miami – please note that roles will be remote until local guidelines ensure safe office reopenings
Expected start date to end date: March 2022
Duration: Initial 6 months
Working hours: 40 hrs./week

- Participate in deploying the SAP Latin America and Caribbean employee communications program with the goal to inform, engage and inspire employees.
Expectations & Tasks
- Support development and deployment of regional (LAC) employee communications campaigns and programs
- Assist on the execution and management of internal events focused on employees from all departments of LAC market, especially sales teams, such as Business Quarterly Performance (All Hands), regional sales meetings (Coffee Corners), and annual LAC sales event (SAP Customer Success Summit)
- Create employee communication materials for LAC internal communications platforms such as One SAP newsletter stories, internal announcements, LAC Teams campaigns, All Hands, Coffee Corners etc
- Coordinate employee communications initiatives with the LAC communications interns in the LAC Market Units
- Support achievement of Employee Communication KPIs
- Build PowerPoint presentations from content to design.
- Coordinate monthly reporting of employee communications
Skills / Competencies
- Excellent writing skills, with 100% English proficiency
- Spanish and or Portuguese a plus
- Creative
- Skills producing and editing video are preferred
- Very organized
- Multi-tasker
- Positive about working under pressure and tight schedules
- Detailed oriented
- Speedy response
Educational Requirements
- Journalism, marketing, communications, advertising; pursuing graduate studies preferred
Qualifications
- Requires candidates to currently be enrolled in a graduate (Masters, MBA or Ph.D. degree program) that is applicable to the position.
