We will entrust you to

• Answer incoming customer queries, both over the phone and by email, according to airBaltic Service standards;
• Make, handle and process reservations following ticketing rules and procedures;
• Sell airBaltic tickets and ancillary products and services;
• Issue airBaltic travel documents in accordance with airBaltic terms and regulations;
• Support Travel agencies and Partner airlines with relevant information;
• Process sales reports according to procedures.

What You will need to succeed

• Fluency in Finnish and English languages;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken;
• Customer service oriented personality;
• Attention to detail, high sense of responsibility;
• Team player;
• Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure;
• Computer literacy.
