Key Responsibilities:

1.    Ensures that Christ-centered Commitment is a foundational mandate of every digital marketing process.

2.    Social Media Management, including but not limited to:

a.         Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals of organizational stakeholders.
b.    Own all social platform strategy (tiktok, Instagram, facebook, youtube & more) with a focus on growing our followers, engagement, and new leads generation and donor acquisition
c.    Ideation, and Possible Creation and Production of Social Media Content;
d.    Scheduling of social media calendar and Monitoring of Social Media Posts;
e.    Preparing Month-End Reports for Management in relation to the assigned Social Media Channels and Digital Properties;

3.     Community Management, including but not limited to:

a.    Answering and Replying to Comments on assigned Social Media Channels;
b.    Answering and Replying to Direct Messages (DMs), Personal Messages (PMs) to assigned Social Media Channels and Accounts, in a timely fashion and in accordance with the rules and guidelines set forth with their direct supervisor;
c.    Recommending, Preparing, and Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and Conversation Scripts/ Responses;
d.    Identifying, Acclimating, Participating, and Engaging with Communities and Groups directly or indirectly related to the assigned Social Media Channels;
e.    Preparing Month-End Reports on Community Activity and Customer Support;
f.    Brand reputation management through regular online risk monitoring and reporting.

4.     Marketing Support, including but not limited to:

a.    Providing Recommendations on Social Media Content, Platforms, and Content Strategies;
b.    Coordinating with and Monitoring of Influencers, Content Creators, and Partners;
c.    Identifying Content and Platform opportunities for World Vision in the Philippines;
d.    Identifying, Recommending, Planning, and Production of Agile Content–or Content that is not part of the original scope of plan but would be beneficial to World Vision in the Philippines;
e.    Ensuring that all the efforts on Social Media and Digital Channels are aligned with World Vision’s branding.

5.     Carry out other duties as required and requested in keeping with the wider needs of the team, particularly in emergencies and in order to support a flexible team approach.
