TOTAL is looking for Communications & Sponsorship Executive – Singapore

Job Description

  • Coordinate and assist in the implementation of regional brand awareness research studies to monitor progress of KPIs
  • Assist in the execution and coordination of regional digital & social media communications strategy with key campaigns content development
  • Assist in the day to day liaising with agencies and suppliers to ensure execution and delivery of regional projects
  • Maintain the project tracker to monitor the status of ongoing projects in the region to ensure that the level of response from the APMO zone is always maintained
  • Ensure all regional commercial marketing and sponsorship activities align with the global brand policies and overall business strategy
  • Work closely with affiliates’ Marketing and/or Communications teams to ensure commercial campaign plans and budget allocations are on track
  • Consolidate monthly and quarterly affiliates’ campaign activities to share best practices with global & regional teams
  • Assist and support coordination of events sponsorship activities

Context and environment

Scope of activities:

  • Implementation of brand guidelines to ensure adherence to global corporate & graphic charters, communication standards & toolkits
  • Responsible for the coordination and validation of the communication strategy & marketing communications (including digital & social media content) for Total commercial brands, towards the goal of increasing brand awareness &  and consideration in the respective product categories
  • Provide support, consultancy and advice to affiliates to  to deliver on commercial campaign objectives
  • Assist in the implementation of global communication tools related to Total’s motorsports partnerships
  • Assist in the development & management of regional sponsorship program(s) and events to  optimise  brand exposure and delivery through various branding & digital assets
  • Serve as liaison between Asia Pacific & Middle-East affiliates and HQ teams on all commercial communications activities
  • Responsible for the coordination and preparation of  region activity report
  • Provide events Sponsorship support and co-ordination

Candidate profile

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing /  Business / Mass Communication
  • At least 5 years of relevant brand and marketing experience, experience in advertising agency, sports agency is a plus
  • Ability to communicate with culturally diverse markets in a region to ensure team goals are met or exceeded
  • Timeliness, precision/attention to details & consistency, pro-activeness
