TOTAL is looking for Electrical & Instrument Engineer (Contractor) – Zhenjiang-Hanqiao Rd , China

Project Development

•  Review the E&I engineering deliverables from engineering firm and get well understand design drawings and document to ensure site construction in line with Design.
•  Work with project team to refine project scope and project value engineering for cost saving on E&I aspects.
•  Involve of construction tendering and bidding evaluation , Producing ITB and MR which are related with E&I and automation.Project Implementation 
•  Daily inspection on site to ensure all construction activities of electrical devices, instruments, control systems, fire/gas system, IT systems, lighting, and earthing systems are under control and meet engineering/design, national standards and HSE regulation.
•  Coordinating with local authorities of electricity and fire fighting for their inspection and acceptance of the site constructions.
•  Assisting construction manager for construction plan making and progress control.
•  Site construction E&I quality control
•  Site changes follow up and validation
•  Contractor construction report auditorProject Close Out
•  Site walk down and prepare E&I punch list
•  Leading for final loops test for every electrical, instruments, PLC control, fire alarm  system together with contractor.
•  Leading for function test for telephone, network, CCTV, paging, and security systems.
•  Obtain final acceptance inspections and Certificate from local power company
•  Support construction manager to confirm punch list items have been corrected before Start-up and approving final payments
•  Support project manager to review and approve general contractor’s change order about E&I
•  To assist for equipment/facilities test ,commissioning and start-up.
•  Review and check as-built drawings by engineering firm and contractor.
  Other Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the project and business need

Candidate profile

• ​ Education: BS degree in electrical engineering, instrumentation, control and automation.
•  Working Experience: Min. 10 years of experience, polymer compounding  or automation industry is preferred
•  Skilled in  in electrical ,instrumentation , PLC , Fire alarm, CCTV ,Access control system is a must
•  Familiar with Siemens S7 PLC, and ABB VFD is preference.
•  Able to communicate in English
•  Ability to review P&ID
•  Able to use the software of AutoCAD and MS Office etc.
