Consultance : FHI recrute un(e) Consultant(e) pour l’évaluation des capacités des établissements en matière d’intégration des rapports et des flux de travail aux Philippines.
Background:
Regular reporting of indicators and client-based information has been a critical part in ensuring evidenced-informed programming in the country. In the past few years since OHASIS was launched, data encoding is continually supported by EpiC at the facility level through the roving data encoders. In lieu of sustainability and the developing needs for data use for programming, there is constant need to transition and integrate data reporting within the regular facility workflow and client flow. In this regard, as part of EpiC’s site support to strengthening data systems and strategic use of data, this consultancy aims to assess the current readiness of supported sites in the integration of regular data reporting in OHASIS within their facility workflow and identify key areas of development to facilitate the mentioned integration. The consultant will provide support to the EpiC HIV Philippines team for a total of 30 days.
Detailed Description of Tasks to be Performed:
The Consultant will be asked for the following tasks:
- Desk review existing documentation and monitoring results on reporting and workflow processes at the facility or site level.
- Conduct site-level assessments on regular workflow operations and possible areas of integration for real-time data entry and EMR-like operations.
- Develop recommendations and initial integration plan based on reviewed site workflow processes.
Required Skills:
- Technical knowledge on national health information systems, preferred.
- Technical knowledge on the status of HIV and other epidemics in the country
- Demonstrated experience in objectively assessing results and the relationships of results with processes and conducting and analyzing outcomes.
- Experience in using innovative and mixed methods approaches, including the considerations for remote modality.
- Excellent technical report writing skills
- Can work with required timeline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work with others effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively with a variety of audiences and organizations.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino
Required Education/Job Experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience in designing and conducting project assessment and evaluations in the Philippines, preferably in health or HIV-related projects.
- At least 2 years’ experience with M&E related activities.
