Job Summary
You will be responsible for content coverage in the Compendium. This involves staying up to date with industry and research developments to ensure we identify gaps and areas for further coverage or update. The role includes identifying authors and commissioning/processing datasheets through to acceptance. The role also has responsibility for maintaining relationships with data partners to regularly receive and process data for bulk uploading.
You will have at least 1-year editorial experience, preferably in an academic publishing role, with some content acquisition experience. Demonstrable ability in written communication, particularly writing news articles you will also have good research skills and be able to think creatively about content and commissioning. A degree ideally in a bioscience discipline, or able to demonstrate strength in working in life science field(s) would be preferred.
