Job Description

  1. Daily support training (internal and external) related preparation;
  2. Assist learning material preparation and revision;
  3. Follow up training courses, collect and analyze learners’ feedbacks;
  4. Help with companywide projects related to corporate culture;
  5. HR document translation;
  6. Other tasks assigned by the L&D Manager.

 

Candidate profile

  1. Good at digital tool (H5,WeChat Group Operation, Movie Making);
  2. Fluent in both written and spoken English;
  3. Interested in L&D and other HR work;
  4. Previous experience in MNCs will be a plus;
  5. The internship is expected to start from Sep., 2020.
