FOR THE CAHORA BASSA HYDROPOWER PLANT IN MOZAMBIQUE

  1. The African Development Bank hereby invites Consulting Firms to indicate their interest in the following Assignment : Rehabilitation of the Cahora Bassa Hydropower Plant in Mozambique – Lenders’ Financial Model and Tax Auditor ;
  1. The assignment consists of conducting financial model and tax audit due diligence for the Rehabilitation CAPEX Program of the Cahora Bassa Hydropower Project (2,075 MW) in Mozambique ;
  1. The Energy Financial Solutions Division invites Consulting Firms to indicate their interest in providing the above-described services. Interested eligible Consulting Firms or associations of Consulting Firms shall provide information on their qualifications and experience demonstrating their ability to provide the services ;
  1. Please, note that interest expressed by a Consulting Firm does not imply any obligation on the part of the Bank to include it in the shortlist ;
  1. The above-mentioned services are expected to start on January 2021 ;
  1. Interested Firms may obtain further information at the addresses below during the Bank’s working hours: from 09:00 to 17:00 hours (Abidjan time) ;
  1. Expressions of interest must be received at the address below no later than Friday, 18th December 2020 at 17h00 GMT and specifically mention Rehabilitation of the Cahora Bassa Hydropower Plant in Mozambique – Lenders’ Financial Model and Tax Auditor.
