- The Republic of Mozambique has received financing from the ADF hereinafter called the Bank toward the cost of the Multinational- Post Cyclones Idai and Kenneth Emergency Recovery and Resilience Programme for Mozambique, Malawi And Zimbabwe (PCIREP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply and Installation of 1 Weather Radar. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the Bank’s
Disbursement Guidelines and procedures for Investment Project Financing
- The Instituto Nacional de Meteorologia (INAM) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for supply and install one Doppler Radar for Beira, Sofala Province.
- Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding (International), (OCBI) method as specified in the Bank’s Procurement Framework on October 14, 2015, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework.
- Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Instituto Nacional de Meteorologia; Attention: Mussa Mustafa; email address: [email protected]copied to [email protected] and inspect the bidding document during office hours at the address given below.
- The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 2,000.00 MZN. The method of payment will be by bank deposit at BCI, GREPOC’s account number 21046255010001; NIB: 000800001046255010113; Swift code: CGDIMZMA. The document will be sent by Email ;
- Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 30th March, 2021, by 09:30 a.m. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on the 30th March, 2021, by 09:40 a.m. Bids must be delivered to the address below ;
- All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of USD 75,000.00 (Seventy -five Thousand United States Dollar) ;
- Attention is drawn to the Procurement Framework requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document ;
