TITLE : Logistic and Stores Officer

Locality : Koro

Contrat Type : Local

Repport to : Support Services Coordinator

Supervise : 2 WASH Facilitator

Purpose of the position : To ensure an efficient management of stocks of the Base

1 to take delivery of and dispatch the movable goods and equipements 40
2 to ensure a good documentation and safety of the goods 15
3 to ensure the effectif and effecient distribution of goods 10
4 to manage storage in accordance with WV etabished procedures 15
5 to provide a monthly return on the inventory position 15
6 to undertake any other activity as requred by supervisor 5

Qualifications :  Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience :

The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training :

  • Minimum Qualification required: DEF + 4 or its equivalence ;
  • Expérience: 2 years experience ;
  • Preferred: BAC + 2 years in stores/logistics management ;

Technical Skills & Abilities :Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all staff and other key partners

Working Environment / Conditions :

  • Work environment : Office-based with travel to the field ;
  • Travel : 15 % Domestic/international travel is required ;
  • On call : 15 %.
