African Tax Administration Forum (ATAF) has received financing from the African Development Bank toward the cost of the Regional Institutional Support Project on Public Financial Governance (RISPFG).

ATAF seeks to procure the services of an Individual consultant who is a business analyst or a business engineer to do a business requirement for the development of an e reporting dashboard.

The responsibilities of the individual consultant are as follows :

  1. Development of a business model ;
  2. Development of a business requirement dashboard ;
  3. Development of a reporting tool

ATAF now invites eligible candidates to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested applicants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services.

The Individual Consultant is expected to have among others the following key competencies :

  1. A Master’s degree in Business administration and any other related field ;
  2. Organisational Development Qualification and/or experience ;
  3. Minimum 7 years of demonstrated work experience on business analysis and organisational development ;
  4. At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in undertaking similar work within the African region or in international organisations ;
  5. Good command of the written and spoken English language ;
  6. Strong Project Management Skills ;
  7. Computer literacy.

Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank’s “Rules and Procedures for the use of Consultants”, [May 2008 Edition, Revised July 2012], which is available on the Bank’s website at http://www.afdb.org.
