Objective :
Ensure the quality, visibility and consistency of communications and messaging related to children rights.
Support the implementation of UNICEF communication and public advocacy strategy as follows :
- Documenting several UNICEF interventions including developing human-interest stories and related multimedia productions as well as required input to donor’s reporting on joint response to COVID-19 ;
- Organizing high level functions, developing media kits and following up on media relations ;
- Acting as Master of Ceremony for joint functions organized by UNICEF.

At least ten events have taken place (campaign launch event & field visits), with the consultant/contractor developing the events concept notes, liaising with the relevant partners and programme focal points, developing key messages, media kit and ensuring that the function is taking place according to UNICEF standards.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…
- BA in Mass Communication ;
- More than five years’ experience in Communication field ;
- Proficiency writing and editing skills in English and Arabic ;
- Good knowledge of UNICEF mandate ;
- Good communication and presentation skills ;
- Ability to work under pressure, deliver quality of work and meeting tight deadlines.
