Job Summary:
The assistant manager of production is responsible for overseeing the production of digital media projects and digital content for Mass Market. They will serve as a technical and creative resource for web pages, microsites, web banners and graphics, landing pages, and lead generation forms as needed. Reporting to the Director of Individual Fundraising, the assistant manager requires strong attention to detail and the ability to meet high volume demands.
Responsibilities:
- CREATIVE
- Responsible for the development, technical support and ongoing technical maintenance of web content and landing pages;
- Maintain a deep understanding of existing digital platforms including associated databases, data sources and dependencies, workflow, information architecture, and legacy systems;
- Maintains current knowledge of trends, developments and best practice;
- Assist with emails and other digital fundraising efforts.
- COLLABORATION
- Collaborate with internal CARE team members and external vendors for web content and landing pages;
- Liaise with other internal departments to secure approvals for web content and landing pages.
- QUALITY ASSURANCE
- Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that web contents meets required specifications for quality, function, and reliability;
- Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues;
- Ensure web content aligns with CARE’s brand guidelines, includes agency and is of the highest quality.
- STRATEGIC PLANNING
- Set clear, measurable goals for their projects, and develop a plan to achieve them;
- Effectively allocate resources to ensure all projects are completed on time and meets expectations;
- Consider long-term goals and objectives of their projects, and develop plans to achieve them.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma and equivalent combination at least 5 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, project management, fundraising and/or similar roles;
- Proficient with HTML and web design;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines;
- 5+ years of experience in direct response fundraising or marketing operations in a high-volume environment;
- Expertise in marketing/fundraising tech: CRM, Web, Digital Fundraising, Email Marketing;
- Ability to pivot quickly and prioritize to meet Mass Market revenue goals and expectations;
- Well-developed communication, organizational, and follow-up skills;
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment.
