- This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in United Nations Development Business online (UNDB online) dated 16 June, 2016 and on the African Development Bank Group’s Internet Website (www.afdb.org).
- The Government of the Republic of Angola has received Financing from the African Development Bank in various currencies towards the cost of Institutional Capacity Building for Private Sector Development Project. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the ACQUISITION OF HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INAPEM INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN ANGOLA.
- The Ministry of Economy and Planning now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INAPEM INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN ANGOLA. This International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Bank’s Rules and Procedures for Procurement of Goods and Works, May 2008 edition, revised July 2012.

- A complete set of bidding documents may be obtained (free of charge) by interested bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address or email indicated above.
- The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the African Development Bank Standard Bidding Document for Procurement of Goods dated September 2010, revised February 2018.
- Bids must be labeled as follows: ACQUISITION OF HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INAPEM INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN ANGOLA and delivered to the above office on or before 15:00 hours, Angolan time, by 30 June, 2021 and must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration.
- Bids shall remain valid for 126 days after the deadline for bid submission prescribed above.
