Job Description
Account management
• Make the business plan to meet short term budget and objectives which shall be align with TLJ LTP
• Manage account to achieve budget and objectives based on the business plan
• Deliver sales forecast within +-20% monthly and corporate with logistics team to control stocks with KPIs
• Initiate to develop appropriate number of pipelines with distributors/customers and manage each case toward closure on time
• Report regularly to update progression of annual business plan, sales performance and pipeline management
• Build and maintain relationship with key distributors/customers
• Take the ownership of sales promotion campaigns within the budget
• Share details of product and/or promotion material requirements in order to cover product range which meet the budget and LTP
• Ensure the contract/agreement is following the Group requirements
• To provide Nissan ACEA C3 FF, SF and MTF FE3 business to be able to kick off well them form 2020 Spring
• To manage well RFI and RFQ for Nissan and Renault
Advertisement(ATL)
• Support Marketing Dept. for ATL if any unique advertisement is preferred
• Support Marketing Dept. with providing attractive material to enhance TLJ SNS, EC site and Website
Candidate profile
Experience:
– Over 5 years of w ork experience in Sales filed with automotive lubricants or relevant business
– Experience of OEM business as possible
Skills:
– Good communication skill in Japanese is m ust and also ability to communicate in English is expected
– Understanding of lubri cants and a u t omobile m arket in Japan
– Distributor Management skill such as activ e listening, pre sentation, problem so l ving and negotiation skill
– Knowledge of marketing ( B to B, B to C)
