Job Description

Project Co-creation

  • Collect Convert Connect (CCC) overall project management: Support CCC project preparation and project execution management, ensure communication & alignment of internal and external project team member;
  • Secondary Sales Management (SSM) workstream: Responsible to deliver SSM Vietnam solution design and roadmap, propose technical solution budget and vendor selection, propose SSM best practice and KPIs;
  • Key expert contributor with business team to plan roadmap of solution expansion & execution;

Project Validation:

  • At affiliate level, validate solution (in commercial excellence scope) with clear business objective and ensure REX (Return on experience) is shared with regional business team and among affiliates;
  • Support affiliate on local digital projects for retail & commercial comm., including DMP (Data Management Platform) , other potential retail project;

Project Implementation

  • Lead implementation of global tools regarding sales management/distributor management including SALSA(Salesforce), SEED(Distributor platform) for APMO affiliates
  • Communicate at the country level on project implementation, finalize the timeline on each project, track the progress of the projects and the impact of major changes
  • Provide operational troubleshooting support to affiliates, pertaining to digital tools delegated by the group (within access rights granted by HQ)
  • Ensure project issues are promptly resolved by liaising with the relevant IT teams
  • Stakeholder management by involving key stakeholders and senior management on the progress of the projects

Change management

  • Organize sharing on zone level repository of methodology, reports / trends, webinar and events to share with internal stakeholders (e.g. regional business team and affiliates)
  • Support the design of digital roadmap for retail, foster project alignment;
  • Support the creation of digital committee in TOAP comprise of Lube, Retail, Commercial comm., IT;

Candidate profile

  • 6+ years working experience, experience in B2B2C industry preferred
  • Good project management and stakeholder management skills;
  • Good to have international exposure, ASEAN or middle east;
  • Good understanding of digital economy and dedicated quick learner;
  • Motivated, committed and ability to work independently
