Job Description

The Intern will be responsible for:

• Assisting the legal team with various assignments including:

• review and drafting of contractual documentation relating to the trading and business activities of TGPA and its subsidiary/affiliates
• drafting and filing of company secretarial and governance documents
• preparation of regulatory licence applications and involvement in other regulatory matters

• Undertaking legal research
• Updating and maintaining TGPA’s Contracts Register and internal contract electronic filing system
• Performing ad hoc tasks as requested by the supervising lawyer(s)
• Participating to the deployment of the Compliance program and the compliance risk mapping

Candidate profile

• As a minimum, a law student in year 3 or 4 of university with a strong academic track record
• Excellent IT skills (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Effective team player with strong organisational, time management and communication skills
• Adaptability and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and motivation
• Attention to details
