Descriptif du poste
Scope of work: The Clinic Supervisor will provide technical support and competency based supportive supervision to partner(s) health staffs which include both mobile and static team. In additional to this, Clinic Supervisor will also manage IRC capacity building team. S/ He will ensure that partner(s) emergency health team is implemented in accordance with standard protocols, guidelines and best practices. S/ He plays key role in direct technical oversight and capacity building of IRC and partner(s) health staffs, monitoring and evaluation of project quality under the direct supervision of Health Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Implementation, Supervision & Development
- Provide clinic technical and capacity building to partner(s) health staffs mainly to Medical Doctor(s) from partner(s) organization in accordance with IRC standard protocols and guideline
- Conduct regular competency based supportive supervision and technical support to partner(s) mobile/ static clinic staffs
- Organize and provide regular on the job training to partner(s) health staffs based on the result of competency based supportive supervision check list
- Supervise Mobile clinic activities which is conducted by mobile clinic team and health counselor.
- Identify service quality requirement in mobile clinic including infrastructure, commodities, equipment, and report to health manager.
- Assist Health Manager in providing to conduct qualified mobile clinic activities.
- Assist Health Manager in managing day-to-day logistics, administration and personnel activities of field-based ER program staffs in accordance with IRC and national laws.
- Assist Health Manager and Capacity Building Team to identify essential technical capacity building plan for partner(s) health staffs.
Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting
- Participate in program monitoring and evaluation
- Participate in partner(s) mobile and static mobile clinic monthly work plan
- Monthly program narrative report to Health Manager
III. Coordination & Representation
- Assist to and participate with Health Manager in coordination and relationship with health stakeholders, Health Cluster members, MoHS and EHOs at township
- Work closely and coordinates with IRC operation and financial staffs to ensure timely and complete program activities
Other
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Profil
- B., B. S or MD ;
- At least 3 years of experience working with UN/INGO/LNGOs ;
- Experience and skills in managing, supervision and capacity building to health staffs ;
- Good communication skills ;
- Good written and verbal Myanmar and English skills ;
- Good computer literacy ;
- Ability to work under stressful conditions ;
- Have ability to travel extensively to program implementing hard to reach areas.
Myanmar nationals with relevant skills sets and proven experience of working at international level are strongly encouraged.
