Main Responsibilities:
- Manage customer Intune environment ;
- Create and maintain device management policies for Windows, MacOS, Intune and Android ;
- Plan, Implement and Deliver technical changes in the Intune environment ;
- Manage Windows 10 devices in Hybrid Management scenario ;
- Manage MacOS in Hybrid Management scenario ;
- Follow the Microsoft roadmap and propose new features implementation in the customer environment ;
- Provide consulting services to the customer to make sure the customers benefit from all the latest features of MS Intune.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in managing Intune environment with hundreds/thousands of devices ;
- 2+ years experience in managing Windows 10 devices with Intune ;
- In-depth knowledge of Windows 10 and Group Policy Objects/Active Directory ;
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory ;
- Microsoft certifications in the area of Device Management / Infrastructure ;
- Proficiency in English ;
- Experience in managing iOS and Android devices is considered strong advantage ;
- Experience with VMWare WorkspaceOne is considered an advantage ;
- Experience with Security hardening frameworks (e.g. CIS) is considered and advantage.
