Job Description

  • Responsible for sales-related activities of Marine Lubricants in Hong Kong. Taking care of existing and new customers, fulfilling their business needs.
  • Maintain a long term relationship with customers (both Ship owners and Ship managers) and achieve business target set for each year.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of various sales activities, including technical seminars, customers events etc.
  • Explore and develop business opportunities to increase sales volume and profit.
  • Provide and ensure the after-sales services meet customers’ needs and always in line with industry development.
  • Responsible for payment performance from marine customers to maintain low and acceptable overdue level.
  • Collects and analyzes market information, and reports to Senior Marine Manager.
  • Timely input of sales contract data in the in-house system, in particular price and vessels information

Candidate profile

  • Good knowledge of Marine or Lubricants products, strong working experience in marketing industrial and/ or marine lubricants
  • Business or industrial background is also welcome
  • At least 5 to 6 years of sales experience
  • Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills, in particular negotiation skill
  • Strong data processing skill and Excel skill
  • Possess high level of commercial acumen and a fast learner
  • A good team player
  • Languages: Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
