  1. The African Development Bank hereby invites Consulting Firms to indicate their interest in the following Assignment: “Consultancy to provide Remote Outreach & Stakeholder Engagement (ROSE) Training.”
  1. The services to be provided under the Assignment include: A diagnostic assessment of IDEV team’s remote outreach & stakeholder engagement skills and needs; leading to the design and delivery of a 3-day virtual “Remote Outreach & Stakeholder Engagement (ROSE)” training for IDEV staff. Following the training, the firm will submit a training assessment report with recommendations, as well as provide one-day post-training ROSE support to IDEV staff seeking to use ROSE tools & techniques in their work.
  1. The Independent Development Evaluation (IDEV) at the African Development Bank invites Consulting Firms to indicate their interest in providing the above-described services. Interested eligible Consulting Firms or associations of Consulting Firms shall provide information on their qualifications and experience demonstrating their ability to provide the services (documentation, references for similar services, experience in comparable Assignments, availability of qualified staff, etc.).
  1. The eligibility criteria, the establishment of a short list and the selection procedure shall be in conformity with the Bank’s Procurement Policy and Procedure for Corporate Consultants Recruitment. Consultants and consulting firms must comply with the “minimizing conflicts of interest” considerations (Annex 1 to AfDB’s Independent Evaluation Policy). Please, note that interest expressed by a Consulting Firm does not imply any obligation on the part of the Bank to include it in the shortlist.
  1. The estimated duration of services is for EIGHT (8) working days (i.e., three (3) days preparatory (including diagnostic) work; three (3) days virtual training for a group of IDEV staff, one (1) day post-training report drafting; and one (1) day of post training KM support). The estimated starting date is 30 August 2021.

  1. Expressions of interest must be received at the address below no later than 2 August 2021 at 18:00 GMT local time and specifically mentioning “EOI – Consultancy to Provide Remote Outreach & Stakeholder Engagement (ROSE) Training.”
