Responsibilities
CRM System Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CRM platform;
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Data Integrity and Quality:
- Maintain and enhance data quality by implementing data governance best practices;
- Regularly clean and validate customer data to ensure accuracy and completeness;
- Implement data hygiene processes and deduplication routines;
- Develop and enforce data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity, including data protection and GDPR compliance.
Integration and Data Flows:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate various systems allowing for streamlined data flows and enhanced operational efficiency;
- Establish seamless data flows to ensure real-time information synchronizations across systems;
- Monitor and troubleshoot data integration issues as they arise.
Team Leadership and Project Management:
- Lead a small team of tech specialists and external partners;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their technology requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs and support income growth and donor retention;
- Conduct regular project status meetings.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field of study;
- Strong technical expertise in CRM Systems and associated technologies;
- Knowledge of data governance practices, including data quality and consistency, privacy, security, and compliance;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Previous experience with people management is not a requirement, but interest in, and readiness to take this next step in your career, is essential;
- Experience in project management;
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in English (Danish is not a requirement).
