Key Responsibilities
Overall, through frequent interaction with your work mentor and other experts and approximately 15-20 hours per week, you will experience a steep technical learning curve. Moreover, you will support the department administrative tasks and other routine tasks.
Your weekly tasks as student in Well Integrity might include:
- Maintenance of the systems to retain data in the Drilling and Wells function;
- Collate and Quality-Check (QC) data for the monthly Well Integrity Dashboards;
- Compile Weekly Dispensation lists;
- Monitor and ensure that monthly well integrity tests are performed on platforms;
- Update Well Barrier diagrams;
- Perform customs searches and reports in Well Integrity Software;
Your weekly tasks as student in Drilling might include:
- Maintenance of the systems to retain data in the Drilling and Wells function;
- Collate and Quality-Check (QC) data for the Performance Dashboards;
- Prepare and distribute probabilistic rig schedule
- Facilitate generating pre spud time and cost report for upcoming projects
- Maintain and update data behind the pre spud reports
- Follow up on overdue NCR and LL closure
- Follow up on overdue final well report closure
- Make rotational schedule for offshore wellsite engineers
- Facilitate onboarding of new wellsite engineers, arrange offshore travel, PPE etc.
- Help with invoice processing work in SAP

As student assistants, you will work in close collaboration with specialists who will mentor you and help you develop technical skills and knowledge within drilling and wells. This is a unique way for you to turn theory into practice.

Candidate profile
Who we are looking for
It is important that you possess a safety mindset. You are currently enrolled at a university and we expect your study to be within a Technical or Engineering area. This position calls for someone with a structured approach, the ability to work independently and with a good eye for detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential in order to work constructively with colleagues and managers. We are looking for an outgoing team player, willing to proactively cooperate across other teams and departments in order to achieve business goals.
Your background
- Resident in Denmark, near Esbjerg
- Being enrolled in a Bachelor/Master program, preferably with specialization in Mechanical, Chemical or Petroleum
- Strong understanding of physics, mathematics and chemistry
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Computer literate, able to quickly learn and work with new software
- Fluency in oral and written Danish is essential
- Proficiency in oral and written English is a must
