Do you have a desire for organizing Material and tool preparation as a key task in the onshore process of plan to ensure safe and efficient execution offshore? If yes, then this position at Total in Esbjerg office might be your match!
Key Responsibilities
Overall, you have the responsibility of preparing jobs for offshore execution. You are the one to ensure and prepare the on-site maintenance activities in compliance company standards, legislation, correct materials and resources. This to ensure readiness of the activities from a material and tool to resources and planning.
These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:
- Contribute to the scheduling process together with the onshore scheduler.
- Follow up, together with the offshore work prepare, on next week’s activities to ensure alignment.
- Contribute to kick of meeting related to maintenance operation.
- Keep material consumption as low as possible.
- Anticipate and contribute to the decrease of shortfalls.
- Contribute to the preparation and QC of break-in.
- Promote and contribute to the cost reduction plan.
- Supports the execution of the HSE action plan.

We are looking for a strong team player with the ability to build relationships and work constructively with others to achieve business goals.
Your background
- Craftsman with a mechanical background that has experience from offshore oil and gas.
- Basic knowledge of valves, pumps and air compressors.
- Knowledge of QC technical items and specific tools.
- Experienced in working in an international and high pace environment.
- SAP knowledge.
- Proficiency in oral and written English within technical matters.
