Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the realization of a pivotal part of Total’s compensation and benefits strategy whereby ensuring competitive remuneration offered to the many local employees. The scope of the role ranges within but does not limit to:
- Apply individual and external benchmark analysis
- Provide expertise and insight to the HR communities and the HR generalists specifically
- Drive annual survey reporting to internal and external sources and further develop pay ranges based on market statistics and insights
- Leading the annual compensation review
- Support development and local adaption of global Total remuneration initiatives, by contributing through operational implementation and analytics
- Support the annual STI payout process
- Support the annual LTI payout process
- Responding to request for information for internal stakeholders to the team and ad-hoc requests
