VINCI recrute un Chargé de communication F/H, France
Contexte:
You will help coordinate our communications activities, especially the international trade fairs we attend and the internal events we organize:
• Support the organization, logistics & coordination of external & internal events:
o international BtoB exhibitions and conferences, especially CIGRE Technical exhibition (August 2021), one of the major external events for Omexom,
o customers events,
o internal seminar.
• Support in the definition of the key messages and contents of each event
• Update and create marketing collaterals: presentations, brochures, flyers, short movies, …
You are comfortable in working autonomously and in developing strong working relationship with various stakeholders from different levels of our organization.
You have a passion for the communication profession, a desire to learn without limits and you know how to interact with various stakeholders from different levels, this internship is for you!
Profil :
· BAC + 4 minimum in Marketing & Communications, Business schools
· Interest for the energy sector
· Autonomous, dynamic & positive attitude
· Event / trade fairs management experience
· Attention to detail, ability to proof-read and edit information for a range of internal and external communications channels
· Ability to translate complex idea into a simple message
· Language: French, English both written and spoken. Another language is a plus
· Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator).
· Ability to work in an international network
