Total Marine Fuels Global Solutions (TMFGS) is a major player in LNG solutions for the shipping industry. The potential for growth is currently heightened by the low-Sulphur requirements set to take effect in 2020, which is forcing ship owners to make changes in their vessels-fueling needs.
In this context, the HSEQ and Technical Direction of TMFGS is responsible for delivering innovative and technically robust bunkering solutions which are shaped and managed to meet the requirements of the LNG bunkering market

Contexte et Environnement

In order to support this dynamic growth, TMFGS is looking for a LNG Bunker Solutions Engineer, whose main activities will be to:

• Support the commercial team in all the technical studies / follow-up for LNG bunkering opportunities or validated projects in connection with existing or potential customers / partners. Lead the technical workshop / group with key strategic stakeholders (internal and external).
• Ensure the technical interface with all contractors / third parties involved in the LNG bunkering business (loading terminals, shipping and trucking companies, contractors …)
• Define the technical terms of references and wording for the logistics contracts (with the legal department)
• Define with the shipping entities of the Group the specification of bunker barges and coordinate the aspects related to internal vetting rules or international regulations (compliance of all our operations)
• Coordinate the regulatory and normative intelligence regarding foreseen LNG bunker activity and associated logistics

• Have to prevent any major risk which can entail a negative impact on the Marine Fuels activity
• Represent Total Marine Fuels in technical bodies of international organizations active in supporting marine LNG development
• Be the technical advisor to ensure adequate management of customer complaints
• Have to organize conferences to officially push the TMFGS LNG bunker solution
• Animate LNG courses for Geneva and Singapore offices
• Be part of the sustainability of the Marine Fuels business, its development in LNG bunkering and its profitability by insuring quality and safety of the supply and the logistic means, at a competitive cost
• Have to produce efficient report to the CODIR

Profil recherché

•  Expert in LNG, maritime and road transport
•  Computing knowledge and high awareness of new technologies
•  Perfect English fluency and French practice would also be appreciated
