UNICEF recrute un Agent de planification (H/F), Hongrie.
Key Functions & Responsibilities:
1. Overall coordination of the procurement plans with HQ Divisions and monitoring for service contracting including contract closure, reporting on KPIs, performance analysis, etc;
2. Development of institutional policies, procedures and training material on contracting for goods/services;
3. Project management of improvement initiatives for service contracting function, including ERP improvements, service material master, Procurement Case Manager tool and development of standard templates and tools for the evaluation of goods/services;
4. Conduct the contracting processes for assigned goods/services for UNICEF global operations; handle and coordinate all aspects of the contracting processes, including:
4.1 Analyze and evaluate procurement requests and ensure appropriateness of specifications/Terms of References/Scope of Services;
4.2 Prepare and issue tender, purchase orders, contracts and amendment and maintain up to date the file for the entire process;
4.3 Make recommendations for finalization of contracting processes and award of contracts and when required. Prepare submissions to Contract Review Committee for reviews and subsequent approval by the authorized official;
5 Coordinate collaboration/partnership initiatives on procurement activities with UN Agencies and other international organizations in areas that will bring value for money to UNICEF;
6 Provide technical advice and best practice on contracting for goods/services to HQ Divisions, ROs and COs on all phases of the procurement cycle;
7 Any other duties as may be assigned.
To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…
- A University degree in business administration, international commerce, supply chain management, planning, development or another directly related technical field of study;
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in work experience in supply chain planning and/or procurement/contracting for high-value and complex procurement /contracting of services is required;
- An understanding or working knowledge of the UN or a similar organization/NGO is an added advantage;
- Familiarity with UNICEF, UN Supply procedures and systems, and Basic Accounting skills is advantageous;
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an asset.

UNICEF appointments are subject to medical clearance. Issuance of a visa by the host country of the duty station, which will be facilitated by UNICEF, is required for IP positions.
