Officer – Program Management
ICRISAT seeks applications from dynamic professionals for the position of Officer – Program Management, to be based at ICRISAT’s Headquarters in Patancheru, Hyderabad, India. The ideal person for the job will be proactive with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. The incumbent will directly report to the Leadership Team.

Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and provide administrative and Technical support
- Manage complex calendar and scheduling
- Represent the Director when they are not available and providing a bridge for communication between the Senior leadership teams & Stakeholders
- Manage communication between management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects, reports and tasks
- Assist the Leadership Team with reporting, headcount management, financial budgeting, in partnership with Finance and People and Culture teams
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the Leadership’s priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
- Presentation Skills, Analytical Skills, Organizational skills and attention to detail Key Skills Strategy Development MIS Reports are key to the role
- Co-ordinating with Cross Functional Teams to ensure deliverables are met
- To be able to multitask with various stakeholders and coordinate for events taking place simultaneously in a high pressure environment
- Draft MOM for Executive Leadership level meeting
- Prepare presentations and reports as per requirements
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Post Graduate in Management and Business Studies or equivalent, with at least 3 years or more years of relevant experience in Office Management and administration
- Highly proficient in MS-Office suite, with special reference to Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong social media capabilities, would be an added advantage
- Experience in managing multiple calendars and projects
- Proficiency in English communication skills (both written and spoken)
Desirable:
- Ability to work under pressure, deliver under tight schedules and Uphold a strict level of confidentiality and work standards
- Should be a good team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
- Exposure to working with multicultural team
General:
This is a contractual role for a period of 36 months (3 years?).
