Atos recrute un chargé de TA-Infrastructure, Bangalore, Karnataka, India

 

Essential Duties:

  • Strongly serving and supporting the Product Owner and Development Team in their quest to do everything possible to delight customers ;
  • Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example. This person should personify Scrum and Agile ;
  • Should have strong knowledge on Yum, Samba, Linux Administration Redhat Linux, LVM,User Administration, NetworkingFile SystemNIS/NFS.

 

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 8 – 10 years of expereince in RedHat Enterprise Linux Expert (RHEL 5/6 and 7) ;
  • SUSE experience is important, should be aware of SLES upgrade;
  • Experience in Solaris 10/11, AIX, HP-UX will be added advantage ;
  • RedHat Satellite knowledge ;
  • Deeper knowledge on VMware technologies ;
  • Implementation & Installation of Nutanix ;
  • Troubleshooting on Nutanix ;
  • Configuration Aspects on Nutanix ;
  • Experience with ITIL ;
  • Ability to document ‘as built’ operating guides ;
  • Experience interviewing end users to gather requirements ;
  • Carry out the troubleshooting on Linux OS and Applications ;
  • Apply patches to the OS / applications or upgrade the applications as and when required ;
  • Strong knowledge of Internet Protocol Suite and layers ;
  • Advanced experience with DNS, LDAP, NTP, SMTP, SNMP, SSH ;
  • Performance, tuning and capacity planning for ;
  • OS updates, patches and configuration changes ;
  • System management through scripting, automation and policies ;
  • SAN and NAS administration.

 

Automation:

  • Having the proficient knowledge on either Ansible / Puppet / Jenkins ;
  • Advanced scripting ability with at least one interpreted language (Shell Scripts, BSA nsh, KORN, Perl, bash, Awk, Sed, etc.) Python (is a plus) ;
  • Should have knowledge on BSA Tool too.

 

Other Skills:

  • Having the AWS/Azure/GCP knowledge or certification is plus ;
  • Docker & virtualization skills should be additional advantage.

 

Quality Analysis:

Thoroughly investigate and resolve problems to a highly technical standard

“Provide expert input to Technical Architects for bids and project work led by them”

Maintain good liaison with customer representatives, Project Managers and Account Development Managers in order to identify and develop new opportunities

Ability to deal with complex issues/potential escalations with minimal help

Documentation (SOP / LLD)
– Carrying out acceptance into support with the BAU team- Excellent communication and mentoring

Educational:

  •  Bachelor’s in computers and equivalent
