LP4Y is a federation of 17 local organizations in 14 countries whose aim is the development of innovative solutions for the professional and social inclusion of Young people (17-24 yo) coming from extreme poverty and victims of exclusion.

Over the past 14 years, LP4Y has created solutions, always close to slum areas in large cities or in rural areas in the Philippines, Indonesia, India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Myanmar, and Lebanon working closely with the Young Adults who are contributing to the development of their country and community.

Since 2009, LP4Y supports the inclusion of 1 533 Young Adults, and their families, into the professional world.

They have been accompanied thanks to 19 Training and Development Centers, 6 Green Villages, 4 Little Angel Academies, and 2 LP4Y Labs in South East Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the United States.

ACCOMPANY

the most excluded Youth thanks to a tested pedagogy and ecosystem allowing them to find sustainable jobs on their own and to be socially included in the decent world.

CAMPAIGN

with young adults coming from extreme poverty to offer concrete, grassroots solutions addressing inclusion issues and giving them a platform.

ENGAGE

all initiatives in favour of young adults in danger by sharing the expertise acquired, counselling, creating Youth inclusion networks, and offering services and training.

PARTNERSHIP & FUNDRAISING PHILANTHROPY POLE

Building a strong ecosystem of partners is key to Youth Inclusion. The more the Youth will be connected to various actors, the more they will be included.

Since 2009, LP4Y has been developing an ecosystem of 500 partners, in Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the US, all committed to Youth Inclusion: corporates, institutions, NGOs, schools, universities, expatriates, philanthropy networks and local authorities.

As part of the Partnership & Fundraising Philanthropy team based in Indonesia, you will participate in developing links with existing partners, to create new partnerships for Youth Inclusion, raise funds for the field projects and support to best convey LP4Y image to the local networks:

  • Development of philanthropist financial and non-financial partnerships field opportunities,
  • Fundraising proposals, budget and reporting,
  • Global prospection & LP4Y ambassadors network development,
  • In team, participation in the global strategy for partnerships & fundraising in the 14 LP4Y Alliance countries.

MISSION – VSI (Volontariat de Solidarité International)

The minimum duration of this mission is 13 month (renewable), and will appeal to candidates who are ready to learn and passionate about intercultural cooperation, having already acquired previous professional experience.

Successful candidates will be open, dynamic and enterprising, and looking for an opportunity to develop their character and skills in a multi-cultural context. They will also enjoy communicating with humor, enthusiasm and will be keen team players, committed to making a real difference in the field. Fluent English is required.
