What we are looking for

We are looking for project assistant to deliver the work of administrative support to GRAISEA2 (Gender Transformative and Responsible Business Investment in Southeast Asia) project implementation and activities. She/He will be supervised by Project Manager of GRAISEA2 particularly in the area project administrative and event organizing. He/she will support Project Manager in planning, preparing and execution of GRAISEA2 project activities.

Experience, Knowledge and Competencies

  • Self-Awareness;
  • Mutual accountability;
  • Relationship building;
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in administration or other relevant;
  • At least three years of proven experience in administration, event organizing, and project supports related;
  • At least 2 years experience in project management including managing project administration and budget wise in different projects.
