Job Description
1. Control of project documentation within P&E department;
2. Register incoming/outgoing documentation flow;
3. Cooperation with Contractors. Receive project documentation from Contractors. Ensuring that documentation is prepared in accordance with Company’s standard. Quality check of documentation; timely turnover of project documentation;
4. Insure they have TEPD documentation in the latest revision. Revision tracking;
5. Distribution process;
6. Ensuring the latest updated drawings and documents are available in the system;
7. Submission of documents approved for construction to Construction group in Dunga field.
8. Ensure that all project related documents and drawings received from Originator are registered in the data base;
9. As-building process handling; Preparation and control of as-built master copy;
10. Numbering system management (document, tag, cable, line etc.)
11. Reporting on status of documentation;
12. Archiving of documentation process handling
13. Handling of P&E Management System documentation
14. Compliance with Company Document Control rules and procedures
15. Follow all Company management’s recommendations and instructions related to his functional duties;
