Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is an independent international non-governmental organization, working in 40+ countries throughout the world, and our primary mandate is to promote durable solutions for refugees and displaced populations. DRC East Africa & Great Lakes (EAGL) region provides urgent response at the onset of displacement and works with displacement-affected populations – both internally and across borders – to develop solutions to the challenges that they face.The DRC office in Nairobi is a Regional Office providing management support and strategic direction to DRC programs operating in East Africa & Great Lake region.
We are currently looking for a casual to assist the finance team on the tasks below.
Purpose
The main purpose of the casual is to scan the Regional Office Finance Journals for 2024. The terms of reference are as follows:
- Scan all the Journals for the finance payments.
- Label the files.
- Archive the files in the container and prepare a log sheet for these files.
Reporting Arrangements
The Casual will report to the Finance Assistant for coordination and liaison.
Duration of assignment
The assignment is expected to take 3 days.
Personal Specifications
Essential:
Basic computer knowledge, Ms Office
Must be able to operate a scanner.
Must be a college graduate
