Jhpiego is an international, nonprofit health organization affiliated with The Johns Hopkins University. Jhpiego works to save lives, improve health, and transform the futures of vulnerable women and their families. Jhpiego works with countries, health experts, and community leaders to provide high-quality health care for their people. We collaborate with governments and civic organizations to build sustainable capacity of health workers, locally and nationally, through advocacy and policy development, including by strengthening human resources for health and using quality and performance improvement approaches.
Jhpiego is collaborating with Bar Hostess Empowerment and Support Program (BHESP) and Health Options for Young Men on HIV/AIDS & STIs (HOYMAS). To assess a video enhanced peer driven community PrEP delivery model study is a proof-of-concept pilot study funded by the Catalyst Fund. The study will also determine the delivery costs and evaluate the cost of delivery of the model.
