Appel à candidature : Recrutement d’un(e) Responsable de la régulation des vols en Lettonie.

We will entrust you to

• Ensure that Company flights are safely and efficiently planned, cleared, and monitored in accordance with established standards and regulations;
• Organize, supervise, and/or assist the Flight Dispatchers in their duties, processes and taking action if necessary;
• Develop, implement, and enforce operational control standards, policies, and procedures pertaining to the Flight Dispatcher function, in keeping with all Safety, Corporate, and requirements;
• Provide flight operational support through Dispatch services including, but not limited to, Flight Planning, Flight Watch, Weather Briefing, and communications as required by the OMA and FDM;
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, original equipment manufacturers, and other external entities relevant to operational control.

What you will need to succeed

• University or college degree;
• Three years experience as a flight dispatcher;
• Flight dispatcher qualification;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Fluent in English, other languages will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge and understanding of company operations manuals;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
