Purpose

As the (Senior) Business Analyst and Project Manager – HR Information Systems, you will join a diverse and cohesive team of business analysts and system experts responsible for EIB Group’s HR Information Systems.

You will actively contribute to shaping the future of digital experience for the EIB Group as part of the Group’s Digital Transformation Program.

A key focus of this role will be to drive the business analysis, define the functional design, advise on the business impact of the HR technology, lead the change management activities and coordinate cross-functional teams as part of HR digital transformation initiatives. You will work in alignment with EIB Group’s HR & IT policies and market best practices, in order to maximize the achievement of business objectives and the consistency of the HR technology tools across the EIB Group.

Operating Network

You will report to the Head of Unit and work in collaboration with EIB & EIF HR, IT, other business lines within the Group and external software providers.

Accountabilities

  • Manage complex and/or large size HR Technology projects either as project manager or business manager (i.e. PM2 roles) in order to ensure delivery according to the agreed standards (quality, time and cost) and the maximisation of the business benefits.
  • Perform business analysis in the context of complex and/or large size HR digital transformation projects.
  • Coordinate activities related to the selection of new HR Technology or HR Technology related services (SaaS).
  • Advise EIB Group’s user community on the possible HR technology solutions to address complex business needs and/or with impact on a broad range of processes and applications.
  • Coordinate the full application life cycle of the HR technology delivered in SaaS mode in order to ensure the digital adoption and the achievement of the expected benefits; plan and deliver on the continuous improvement of the service.
  • Define the change management plan for HR Technology projects and prepare change management materials and/or deliver presentations, including for large audiences and/or across all functions / hierarchical levels of the EIB Group.
  • Keep up to date with the latest development in the respective areas and share knowledge with the team.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members and supervise external workforce

Qualifications

  • University degree, preferably in Human Resources / Information Technology, or other fields
  • At least 5 years relevant professional experience for either of the following activities performed in relation to HR Technology:
    • Business analysis
    • Software implementation & support
    • Project management / change management
  • Experience of successful delivery of HR digital transformation projects in the role of business analyst, project manager, or change manager
  • Excellent knowledge of the functional capabilities of HR technology tools such as: Oracle HCM Cloud suite, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft HCM, Workday or a comparable solution
  • Demonstrated experience of project. management principles, methods and practices; preferably Prince2 , PM2, or PMP certified
  • Excellent knowledge of English and/or French (*), with a good command of the other. (Knowledge of other EU languages would be an advantage)
