Oxfam recrute un Coordinateur de projet – CLEAN ENERGY au Malawi.
The Role:
Oxfam GB is looking for Project Coordinator – CLEAN ENERGY to
- Provide day to day project management and coordination oversight for the PEACE project in close collaboration with consortium members, key project stakeholders and partners.
- Oversee project planning with all consortium members, project stakeholders, including Partner Staff, District level government structures, other CSOs and Community Leaders.
- Provide leadership and oversight on Project Implementation and Coordination at all levels and linking it to the national level.
- Provide specialised advice and specific skills to teams, especially related to access to clean energy, with a key focus on women and youth and Persons Living with Disabilities (PWDs), to promote equitable access to clean energy in Malawi.

An ideal candidate for the role will also have:
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelors’ Degree in Renewable Energy, Natural Resources Management, Social Development and Sustainable Livelihoods, Agriculture Economics, Environment Management, and any other relevant fields. A postgraduate degree will be an advantage.
Experience:
- At least 10 years’ experience in planning, developing and managing access to energy or natural resources management projects.
- Demonstrable experience, skills and knowledge in advocacy and policy influencing within the energy, climate change and natural resources management sectors.
- Good understanding of integrated energy planning.
