L’ONG Enfant d’Asie recrute un Directeur national adjoint au Philippines.
Oversees the financial management of all programs and projects:
- Oversees monthly calls for funds according to forecasted activities;
- Oversees the monthly financial follow-up prepared by the Finance Department;
- Provide guidance and coordination for the annual budget preparation with HQ.
Supports program and project managers:
- Supports the program and project managers in implementation, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E);
- Helps in designing new projects in regard with CoA global strategy and the evolution of the local context.
Proposal writing and reporting:
- Participates in the fundraising processes of CoA and expands CoA local fundraising capabilities;
- Oversees the finalization of the proposals and reports (financial + narrative) for the local funding partners (in both French and English languages);
- Ensures that the partner’s funds are used according to the contract established between them and CoA.
Supports the Country Director and ensures CoA’s representation:
- Attend meetings/seminars on behalf of CoA when needed.
- Meet with the local partners and help in developing CoA local network.
- Assist the Country Director in regard with HR, especially when dealing with employee relations.
Other CoA activities:
- Proposes, organizes, coordinates, and supervises assigned CoA events and activities with the team.
POSITION TO BE FILLED ASAP – orientation will be organized at HQ and in the Philippines
Experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory/managerial position in the development industry or NGO;
- At least 5 years’ experience in Child Protection or Education program management;
- At least 2 years’ experience working in South-East Asia, ideally in The Philippines;
- Solid experience in finance management, and proposal and report writing.

- Effective relay of HQ decisions to the field;
- Understand well local team members’ concerns and can communicate them to HQ;

Qualifications:
- Holder of at least a Master’s Degree in community development, project management, social sciences, education, or child development or any relevant topic
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools, Google work environment, and ideally Saga accounting software
- Language: Excellent command of French and English (verbal and written): native speaker or C1 and above
