Plan International invites highly competent, experienced, and committed professionals to fill the following position:
This role is responsible for leading Plan International Philippines in securing the resources required to operationalize the organization’s Country Strategic Plan (CSP). In addition, the role ensures that the development and implementation of partnership agreements and contracts relating to grant-funded programs/projects are consistent with donor contracts and donor compliance requirements. She/he also supports and manages the unit staff and provides oversight to the day-to-day function of the work unit.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
- At least five years’ work experience in the development sector, specific to program development, resource mobilization, and grants management.
- Has relevant knowledge of and experience in working with corporate, bilateral and multilateral donors
- Proficiency in business planning, project/program development, budgeting, and reporting with various donors.
- Has experience in identifying and developing fundraising opportunities
- Has experience in working with children and communities on child-rights and gender-transformative program and projects
- Fluency in Filipino and English (written and spoken).
- Applicants must have the right to work in the Philippines without restrictions. Local applicants are preferred.
