We are looking for new colleagues who are thrilled to become Senior Oracle Database Administrator. The person on this position should have experience in implementation, maintain Oracle databases across multiple platforms. This role is to provide technical support for database environments and supports the full system life cycle.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle 12c/19c database administration ;
  • Knowledge and experience in RAC, DataGuard, ASM configuration ;
  • Oracle pluggable databases management skills ;
  • Oracle DB software installation, upgrading, patching and database creation ;
  • Experience in data migration between databases (Data Pump, tablespace transportable) ;
  • Knowledge of database archiving, recovering and cloning using RMAN ;
  • Knowledge and experience in DB monitoring (storage, CPU, memory) and performance tuning ;
  • Good level of English language, written and spoken.

 

Nice to have:

  • Ansible and BASH scripting knowledge ;
  • OCP and Oracle Expert certificates ;
  • Exadata knowledge and certificate ;
  • Jenkins and Terraform skills.

 

Main tasks:

  • Day to day support Oracle databases including RAC, DataGuard, ASM and pluggable DB configuration ;
  • Diagnosis and solving availability/performance issues ;
  • Maintenance and upgrade Oracle Database software and databases ;
  • Migration, upgrading and cloning databases ;
  • Automate daily tasks using ansible or bash ;
  • Implementation of new projects ;
  • Creating documentation (High Level Design, Low Level Design, procedures, instructions).
