We are looking for a German trainer for the Service Desk Team:

If you are:

  • Self-motivated;
  • Proactive and flexible;
  • Basic knowledge of Windows;
  • Good command of German;
  • Ability to work well as a team member;
  • Methodical and disciplined approach to work;
  • Very good communication abilities;
  • Initiative and good learning abilities.

Responsabilities:

  • Trains new staff on Service Desk Basics;
  • Fully responsible for organizing and executing the License 2 Support programs;
  • Supports internal and external training;
  • Develops customer specific training material during customer onboarding or changes in customer operations;
  • Creates and maintains center training plans;
  • Works with Quality Coach to create specific training plans for identified weak spots.
