What you’ll be doing:
The successful candidate will be able to achieve sales, stock and margin targets for Sourced by Oxfam products by effectively distributing stock and ensuring prompt and accurate payment and reconciliation of invoices
You’ll have:
We’re looking for a candidate who cares about Oxfam’s mission to end poverty and is personally aligned to the values of empowerment, accountability and inclusion in all you do and our feminist principles.
This role would suit an administrator or organised person with an interest in Retail Buying and Merchandising, with good spreadsheet and analytical skills, who would like to shape the role themselves.
An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:
- Self-Awareness – Keen desire to develop and recognise own strengths and weaknesses, and adapt behaviour accordingly
- Mutual accountability – to be able explain direction and logic, and own decision making. Respect others needs and time
- Relationship building – working within and across teams
- Analytical and problem-solving skills including good excel skills
