- A result driven individual who is focused on ensuring strategic, financial and non-financial objectives are delivered.
- Able to achieve challenging objectives through working with a network of supporters and colleagues (eg to gain operational or project information for trust applications).
- Able to hit the ground running and has ideally worked within a similar role or can demonstrate the relevant skills and experience required in the job description.
- An effective communicator who can build relationships with supporters and donors will be crucial to ensure that we grow income to support the British Red Cross’ work.
- Confident in your communications, from meeting with corporate contacts to creating successful asks in writing. You will be confident working independently with focus, drive and enthusiasm.
- Pro-active in your approach to your work whilst being confident in supporting and motivating others to support us. If you are an experienced community fundraiser or have relevant transferable skills and are passionate about the work of the Red Cross, we would love to hear from you.
