We are looking for a Merchandising Manager at a pivotal time of transition and change for the organisation.
What you’ll be doing:
The role purpose is to manage and develop a team of merchandisers to develop replenishment and stock optimisation of SBO Product ranges to achieve sales, stock and margin targets by effective planning and trading of all Oxfam Sales Channels.

- Prior experience as a merchandiser ideally within a similar, multiple retail environment, including Online;
- Evidence of a broad commercial acumen;
- Analytical and problem solving and highly numerate;
- Adaptable and flexible;
- Systems Thinking;
- Organised.
