Job Description

You will work in partnership with the local sales teams across six South East Asia towards the ultimate objective of increase brand awareness and driving leads into sales teams:

  • Marketing Strategy – Work with the sales teams to set the marketing strategy for each market including segmentation, targeting and positioning. Outputs of this plan include:
    • Regional marketing campaigns ;
    • Marketing budget review and approval ;
    • Measurement of KPIs from previous campaigns ;
    • Ongoing update of marketing plans based on campaign performance.

 

  • Marketing Campaign Delivery – You will work with the sales teams reach target audiences, ultimately helping to drive high-quality leads into the sales teams by executing marketing projects and campaigns including:
    • Internal campaigns to cross sell between affiliates ;
    • Industry Events ;
    • Hosted events ;
    • Leveraging digital channels to build brand awareness and generate leads ;
    • Direct outreach campaigns.

 

  • Marketing Content: You will assist sales teams in ensuring that the business is delivering high quality proposals, with a focus on:
    • Positioning consistent with marketing strategy ;
    • Accuracy of information (i.e. facts and figures are up to date) ;
    • Visual application of the brand and overall professional finish ;
    • Video content through outsourced video production ;
    • Graphic content ;
    • update proposal and corporate overview.

Context and environment

This role will be responsible for marketing activities across our South East Asian markets as follows: Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam.

At a functional level, this role will interact with our Global renewables business communication and marketing teams. This role will also interact with marketing teams of our affiliates in each country.

Candidate profile

  • 5 years’ experience in marketing or related roles ;
  • Knowledge of modern marketing and communications practices ;
  • Experience of B2B marketing and communications ;
  • Experience of using a broad range of marketing and communications channels ;
  • Marketing / Communications / Business Degree or equivalent ;
  • Knowledge of commercial and industrial solar business practices (preferred) ;
  • Understanding of commercial and industrial solar competitive landscape (preferred).
