Job Description
Supply Annual Budget Planning / Long Term Plan
• Developing a user-friendly and effective “Supply Budget” workbook for the General Manager
• Reviewing and check Sales and Purchase contracts
• Ensure volume, turnover and COGS are correctly capture in the workbook
Monthly Business review and highlights
- Work with Supply Managers and coordinator to update the business figures for review
- Prepare, review and publish monthly highlights
LPG
• Operational coordination of LPG activities, such as management of product deal invoicings and preparation of various customs-required documents for LPG product discharge. Compilation of documents for Letter of Credit settlements.
• Provide commercial/market intelligence assistance relating to LPG activities, when necessary.
Middle East Fuel Supply
• Back-up for ME Supply operations
Any other project and activity as assigned by the General Manager
- Assisting the General Manager in the ad-hoc business-to-business tender
Context and environment
• Competitive business environment that involves negotiation with various stakeholders in the energy value chain
• The complex maritime transport system with various critical bottleneck along the value chain
• Uncertainty in the already complex global trade system including geopolitics tensions and new regulations
• Managing the needs, benefits and challenges of business information (data management)
Candidate profile
• Job holder must have at least 3-5 year experience in a ship management, shipbroking or oil and gas company
• A bachelor’s degree in Maritime, Finance, Economics, Operations or Supply Chain will be preferred
• Strong analytical and optimization skills in shipping logistics and supply chain
• Good with numbers and financial analysis
• Possesses good communication skills and teamwork
• Exhibit the willingness to learn and take up initiative to solve problems
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Spreadsheet, Word and PowerPoint)
